Humpbacks, Bryde´s Whales and a wide variety of Dolphins including Orcas inhabit the waters of Rviera Nayarit during the winter and spring months. For its geographic location, weather and oceanographic features, this bay has been chosen as an important breeding ground for some of species such as the Humpback Whale.   The Whale Watching season for Humpback Whales is officially open from December 15th to March 31st, the weather on the Riviera Nayarit gives great and comfortable conditions to adventure out in the ocean to encounter this gentle Giants of the Sea.
