Casa Uno is located 22 miles north of Puerto Vallarta in the small fishing village of Sayulita, Nayarit. This beach front home overlooks the Pacific ocean and Sayulita bay. It's less than a 200 foot walk to the beach - but be careful you don't fall into the pool on the way!

This home is one of three homes in a fenced, gated complex which shares a private swimming pool and 150 feet of beach front. The complex is constantly maintained by a full-time caretaker. The three houses are serviced and maintained by a full-time maid.
