Here are the steps we would like you to follow to complete your reservation:

 

1. Remit 50% deposit within 5 days. Our policy states that a 50% deposit is due immediately to secure your reservation.  Pay in full if less than 30 days prior to your arrival.  Include with your check a signed copy of our policies document attached.

 

2. Remit the remaining balance 30 days prior to your arrival. (There will be NO reminder, so please remember! After we have received your full payment, we will send you all the necessary check-in information).

Check in 3 p.m. Check out 11 a.m. Late check outs subject to 50% of daily rate charged.

 

A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation.  The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. 

 

Cancellations will be accepted up until 45 days prior to arrival date with a 15% administrative charge.  Cancellations are not accepted after 45 days prior to your reservation.

Each home is privately owned by individual homeowners.  We forward rents to homeowner on your behalf.  Any disputes as a result of your stay will need to be handled directly with homeowner.
